At Sprocket Printers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your printing experience. If your device or accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the printer in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure it arrives safely.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new sprocket printer within 3-5 business days.
